Questions in this survey cover the following topics relating to Gallon Environment Letter: length of each issue, frequency of publication, content, format, and subscription fees. The purpose of the survey is to help us make decisions about the future direction of Gallon Environment Letter. There are eleven questions in the survey, plus one open box to allow you to submit any comments that may be relevant to the survey. It is unlikely to take you more than seven or eight minutes to complete the survey.

If you complete the survey by midnight EST on Friday November 30th your name will be entered into a draw for 1lb of fair trade organic chocolate which we will do our best to get to you in time for Christmas. There will be three winners. The chances of winning depend on the number of entries received. You contact information is solely for the purpose of contacting you if you are one of the lucky winners and will not be used for any other purpose.
